The Honeywell Solaris XP 7990g is an area-imaging vertical slot scanner designed for high-throughput presentation scanning. Built on Honeywell’s extreme performance (XP) platform, it features a compact, modern design and powerful imaging capabilities for high-volume retail checkout environments such as convenience, drug, specialty, liquor and grocery stores. The Solaris XP offers improved snappiness, 4+ m/s motion tolerance and a wider field of view compared to previous Solaris models. Its field-proven XP technology is designed to handle poorly printed and damaged barcodes with ease, while its backward compatibility with previous models helps make upgrades fast and simple.
